Reports: Ramos Forced To Change Phone Number After Salah Challenge

Reports suggest Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has been forced to change his phone number after his controversial tackle on Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah in the UEFA Champions League final.

Ramos Sends Salah A Message

The Los Blancos defender brought down the Egypt international in an awkward manner, which forced the winger to leave the field with a dislocated shoulder.

Since the challenge, Salah’s World Cup campaign in Russia has been put in jeopardy and he may not be ready for his country’s first game against Uruguay on the 15th June.

The Spain international has since copped a lot of abuse on social media for his tackle on the African star, as some believe he intentionally went out to injure the winger.

According to COPE, both Ramos and a few of his family members have now even started to receive death threats and have been forced to change their numbers.

The centre-back and his agent have apparently alerted local police about the phone calls he has been receiving from anonymous callers.

A group of supporters apparently tracked down the Spain defender's number and shared it on numerous Anti-Madrid supporter groups.
