Spanish giants Real Madrid are believed to be considering a move for a Manchester United star, and the Red Devils could reportedly demand a fee of €67 million (R1 billion) for him.
It has been said that Jose Mourinho is willing to let winger Anthony Martial leave the club in this transfer window, after the Frenchman left United's pre-season tour early.
The 22-year-old reportedly went home to be with his pregnant partner, which has frustrated his Portuguese manager.
According to Don Balon, Los Blancos are weighing up a move for the former Monaco man, whose agent recently admitted the player is unhappy in England.
The attacker is believed to be annoyed with the lack of first-team football he received last season, and would be happy to leave in this window.
United would reportedly ask for €67 million (R1 billion) for the forward, with Real president Florentino Perez keen to lure him to Spain to bolster his club's attack following Cristiano Ronaldo's exit from the Santiago Bernabeu.
Martial has played 136 matches for the Red Devils since his arrival in England in 2015, scoring 36 goals and assisting a further 26 strikes.
