The Catalan giants have already bought Miralem Pjanic, Francisco Trincao, Matheus Fernandes and Pedri for a combined fee of €103 million (R1.9 billion).
In addition, they reportedly still want to sign Lautaro Martinez, but the Inter Milan striker will cost more than €100 million unless the clubs can agree a swap deal.
In order to generate funds and free up the club's wage bill, Barca have now transfer-listed as many as 12 players, according to Marca.
The biggest names on the list are Philippe Coutinho, who is still on loan at Bayern Munich, and Ousmane Dembele. The duo are the Blaugrana's most expensive buys in history, costing a combined fee of €283 million (R5.4 billion), but neither has lived up to their massive price tag so far.
Coutinho has been linked with a potential loan switch to Liverpool, while Dembele is rumoured to be on Paris Saint-Germain's radar.
