A key member of Brazil's 2018 FIFA World Cup squad is reportedly desperate for a move to Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea and Selecao winger Willian is pushing for a move to the Camp Nou.
The player's agent, Kia Joorabchian, is reportedly doing all he can to convince the Blues to negotiate a move for the 29-year-old, who has also been targeted by Manchester United.
It has been claimed that Willian is eager to join the Blaugrana, although it has also been said that the London club could demand around €80 million (R1.2 billion) for the wide man.
Barca, however, are reluctant to spend such a large fee on a player who turns 30 next month, but a compromise regarding the winger's potential wages could be key to a deal – like Paulinho did when he joined Barca, Willian might have to accept a wage reduction if he signs for the LaLiga champions.
Willian arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2013, and has scored 44 goals and created a further 39 strikes in 236 matches for the club so far.
