Spanish giants Real Madrid have closed a stadium deal worth €360 million (R6 billion), money that can be spent across any of the club's activities.

On Wednesday, the UEFA Champions League finalists formalised an agreement with Sixth Street and US sports entertainment group Legends for the operation of the Santiago Bernabeu.
The deal, as confirmed by Los Blancos on Thursday, will bring in a staggering income of €360 million for the club.
"The transformation of the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu will be a turning point in the history of Real Madrid," Florentino Perez said, according to Marca.
"This alliance will be fundamental in providing unique experiences in a stadium where multiple events can be hosted throughout the year."
The agreement will run for 20 years, with the club preparing to use the enormous investment to transform their iconic home ground.
Real said in an official statement: "The Board of Directors of Real Madrid C.F. at its meeting yesterday ratified an agreement with Sixth Street, an investment firm, and Legends, a premium experiences company for sports and live venue organisations, with the objective of elevating the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium as a unique venue and a worldwide benchmark for leisure and entertainment."
