Real Madrid have released a statement with regards to the reports linking them with a move for Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar.
Following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus this week, the links with Neymar and Los Blancos grew even stronger.
According to SoyMadridista, the UEFA Champions League were prepared to offer as much as €330 million (R5.1 billion) to sign Neymar.
However, Real have now released a statement denying that are looking to sign the former FC Barcelona star.
"In the face of the constant reports linking PSG's Neymar Jr. to our club, Real Madrid C. F. wish to clarify that the club has no intention of making any offer for the player," the statement read.
