With Zinedine Zidane's side poised for a squad overhaul following a disappointing 2018/19 campaign, Los Blancos are expected to be quite active in the transfer window in a bid to bolster their squad for the new season.
The LaLiga giants have been linked with a host of big-name stars, including Chelsea star Hazard, who is reportedly set to complete a €100 million (R1.6 billion) move to the Santiago Bernabeu after the UEFA Europa League final.
Speculation regarding Mbappe and Neymar's futures has been on the rise and is believed to have reached a tipping point, with the Paris Saint-Germain duo reportedly having a fallout recently, in addition to the France star's controversial comments about his desire to take up a "new challenge".
Earlier this week, Real president Florentino Perez briefly discussed Los Blancos' current stance on their reported chase of Hazard.
"How are we supposed to talk to a club who are playing in a final?" Perez told Onda Cero's El Transistor.
"We've been trying for a number of years to make Hazard a Real Madrid player, but we haven't achieved it yet.
"I'd really like Hazard to come to Real Madrid and really hope he does. He is one of the best footballers."
Despite rife speculation linking the LaLiga giants with Mbappe and Neymar, Perez claimed that the club has not made any plans to sign the star duo.
"I haven't spoken with Zidane about Mbappe or Neymar, nor have I with anyone else," he added.
"Nor have we spoken with Mbappe, nor will we.
"Last year, we said we didn't want them and this year is the same. If we want a player, we'll speak to their club."
Perez was also asked about Wales superstar Gareth Bale's future at his club, but stayed silent on the matter, perhaps suggesting that Real are yet to receive an offer for the forward.
