On Monday, they unveiled their fourth signing for the 2018/19 season, namely Andriy Lunin, who has joined the club from Zorya Luhansk.
Lunin, who is expected to replace Luka Zidane, son of former Los Blancos coach Zinedine Zidane, as the club's new third-choice keeper, has signed a six-year contract.
"Little by little, we are laying the new foundations of the present and the future. We want to incorporate young talents that will mark football of the next years. They aspire to the maximum wearing this shirt and this shield," club president Florentino Perez said, as quoted on the club's official website.
"After the great titles achieved, we will continue to be loyal to a formula of success."
Lunin himself added: "Thanks to Real Madrid for giving me the opportunity to fulfil a dream: sign for the best club in the world.
"I will be able to share my dream of playing football with the best in the world that will help me grow as a player and as a person."
Having cost €8.5 million (R134 million), the club will be hoping the 19-year-old goalkeeper can develop into one of Europe's finest shot-stoppers.
