Perez was one of the leading figures for the proposed European Super League that was shelved after a number of Premier League clubs pulled out.
Tebas has been quite critical about the Los Blancos president since, and has now claimed they no longer see eye to eye on football issues.
"I've not been to a football match for a long time... Perez invites me to all the games at the Bernabeu," the LaLiga president told COPE.
"Making up with Florentino? I don't know about that.
"It's impossible for us to see eye to eye in terms of professional football because we have two very different visions."
When asked about his relationship with Barcelona president Joan Laporta, he added: "I've exchanged the odd message with Laporta since [a dinner at Laporta's house a couple months ago] but I've not seen him.
"My relationship with Laporta is very different to the one with Florentino.
"Perez isn't Real Madrid, I think he's very mistaken in what he believes the league should be."
