One of LaLiga's most high-profile players has claimed he would not even hire FC Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman as a kitman.
This coming weekend, Real Betis and the Catalan giants will go head to head in LaLiga for the first time this season, and Joaquin looking forward to the encounter, but not with his former boss.
The winger and Koeman worked together at Valencia during the 2007/08 campaign, and reportedly did not see eye to eye before the Dutchman was relieved of his duties.
Speaking about his experience working with the current Blaugrana boss, the LaLiga veteran told El Larguero that "it was not the most beautiful experience of my sporting career.
"It was not a pleasant experience, but as I always say: one has to live with everything and what happened at that time.
"I do not want to talk about this issue because, honestly, it hurts me what happened there, I had a bad time."

Joaquin then suggested that he is confused as to how Koeman landed the Barcelona job, saying he would not hire him "even as kitman".
Questioned further about his relationship with his former Valencia manager, the 39-year-old revealed that he will not even greet the tactician this weekend.
"I turned the page, we told each other everything," he added.
"Fortunately, it did not last long and we were able to save the year by ending as well as possible because the year was complicated.
"(This weekend,) he is not going to greet me and I am not going to greet him."
