An FC Barcelona star, who returned to the Catalan giants this season after spending the second half of the previous campaign out on loan, has called for the club to sign his brother in this transfer window.
Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara has been linked with a move away from the German giants in this window, with many reports claiming the Blaugrana are preparing to bring him back to Barcelona.
Rafinha, his brother, is in full support if his club does decide to re-sign the Spain international, whom he believes would suit Ernesto Valverde's game.
"I'd like to see him (Thiago) at Barca because he would fit into this team perfectly," he said, according to AS.
The Barca player also discussed his future, having recently returned to the Camp Nou after a loan spell at Inter Milan last season.
"That's completely out of my hands," he added.
"The only thing on my mind is being well physically – my agents handle everything else. The most important thing for me is making sure I avoid getting injured. Every footballer wants to play football and I'm no different, whether I'm here or somewhere else."
Thiago left Barca for Bayern in 2013, after representing the Catalans' senior side on 100 occasions.
