While Spanish giants FC Barcelona are edging ever closer to their 25th LaLiga title, they have also apparently been busy behind the scenes working on next season's transfer targets. Here is the latest player linked with a move to the Camp Nou.
According to Sport, the Blaugrana are looking at signing Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet in a bid to add depth to their backline next season.
The 22-year-old arrived at the LaLiga outfit in January 2017 from French side AS Nancy, in a deal worth €4.5 million (R67 million).
The Frenchman, who has put in a few high-level performances this season, has also caught the eye of Real Madrid, and there is speculation a few Premier League sides are interested too.
Lenglet, who has played more minutes than any other Sevilla player this season, is believed to be one of the first names Vincenzo Montella puts on his teamsheet these days, and the club will be reluctant to sell him to a Spanish rival.
Barcelona were said to be under the impression the central defender's release clause is €30 million (R447 million), but Sevilla have corrected them, saying it is now €45 million (R670 million).
The centre back has made 48 appearances for Sevilla so far this season, racking up 4 153 minutes along the way.
