With FC Barcelona set to take part in a crucial UEFA Champions League clash against Napoli early next month, the Blaugrana are reportedly in massive trouble in terms of personnel.
Conte Makes Hilarious Messi Transfer Claim
The Catalan giants will host the Neapolitans for the second leg of their round of 16 tie on 8 August, with the score currently 1-1 on aggregate.
Domestically, it was a season to forget for the Blaugrana, and while not many are giving them a chance of success in Europe's biggest club competition, Lionel Messi and company will be motivated to give it their best shot.
Their preparations for the match, however, have not been much of an indication that there is an easy ride ahead, with Sport reporting that Barcelona have just 14 senior players available for the tie.
With 17-year-old Ansu Fati and 20-year-old Riqui Puig having established themselves under Quique Setien, this takes the overall number to 16, with other youngsters who have been in and around the squad set to fill up the rest of the spots.
Veteran midfielders Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal are both suspended for the game, while Samuel Umtiti is injured, as is young centre-back Ronald Araujo.
The LaLiga giants are also reportedly set to be without departing midfielder Arthur Melo, who is believed to be looking to leave the club before the Champions League campaign resumes.
