The Belgian has found life tough in Spain since leaving Chelsea in 2019, as his time with Los Blancos has been hampered by constant injuries.
Hazard has been linked with an exit for the past few months as he struggles get back into Carlo Ancelotti's starting line-up this season.
Belgian second division leaders KVC Westerlo and their Vice President Hasan Cetinkaya hope to lure the former Chelsea star.
" I think I can consider Eden Hazard as a friend. I met him when he was at Lille and he promised me that one day he would play for Fenerbahçe," Cetinkaya said in an interview with Het Nieuwsblad, as per Marca.
"Westerlo will be more difficult, but you never know. Maybe he will end his career here."
