Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has taunted rivals Real Madrid by saying one of their new signings would not even get into his team.
Reports: The Four Players Zidane Would Sign For Man Utd
The Argentine found it strange that Los Rojiblancos goalkeeper Jan Oblak was snubbed for the 55-candidate list for the 2018 FIFA FIFPro World XI, with Real shot-stoppers Keylor Navas and Thibaut Courtois getting the nod instead.
"It's clear that he's the best, or in the top three, goalkeepers in the world," Simeone said, according to Sport.
"That he's not on the shortlist gives (the shortlist) little credibility. The world talks about Oblak as the best goalkeeper."
Asked whether or not new Los Blancos signing Courtois would make his team, Simeone almost laughed at the idea.
"Courtois wouldn't get in the team because Oblak is better," he added.

Interestingly, Belgium international Courtois spent three years under Simeone on loan at Atletico Madrid from Chelsea earlier in his career.
