While everyone associated with Real Madrid seem delighted with Zinedine Zidane's return, one particular star might have some explaining to do after his controversial comments about the manager's coaching style last year.

Many were surprised to see Zidane being announced as Real's boss on Monday, following a torrid two weeks in which Los Blancos were knocked out of the Copa del Rey and UEFA Champions League.
Although fans did not expect the Frenchman to return, his arrival has been greeted with plenty of smiles, especially considering how the team was struggling under Santiago Solari.

However, midfielder Dani Ceballos might be confused as to where Zidane's appointment leaves him, after he went very public with his criticism of the Frenchman a few months after the tactician left Real in May 2018, according to Marca.
At the time, the player claimed Zidane had told him he valued other players ahead of him, and also stated: "If Zidane had continued, I would have to look for an exit to come back more ready, but with the arrival of Julen (Lopetegui), everything was different."
It is likely Ceballos and Zidane will need to have a discussion about the Spaniard's future, especially as the 22-year-old has featured far more regularly this season.
Whether or not the France legend will look to use the player often remains to be seen, but since the Frenchman resigned from Real at the end of last season, Ceballos has gone on to become a Spain international under Luis Enrique.
'Ronaldo Is The Strongest Player I've Met'
The midfielder has featured 31 times for Los Blancos in this campaign so far, scoring two goals and assisting a further two strikes.
