A Brazil star who was named in the Selecao's 2019 Copa America squad has been linked with what many see as a shock move to Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis' contract with Los Rojiblancos is set to expire at the end of this month.
With rumours suggesting that the 33-year-old could be headed back to his country of birth to join Flamengo, the left-back recently came out to deny reports he has made a decision on his future.
"After the Copa America, I will decide my future," he told FOX Sports Brazil.
"At the moment, absolutely all doors are open."
LaLiga champions Barca have now emerged as potential suitors for the defender, with Diario Sport claiming he is awaiting an offer from the Blaugrana.
Luis has had two spells at Atletico, the first from 2010 until 2014 and the second from 2015 until now.
He has represented the Spanish side on 333 occasions so far, winning six trophies along the way.
