Following the arrival of Antoine Griezmann and the constant links with Neymar, a number of reports in Spain suggested that the Frenchman could be on his way out of the Camp Nou.
There were claims the French World Cup could be part of a deal that would see Neymar return to the Catalan club, but Dembele's agent has now confirmed his client is going nowhere.
"Ousmane is a Barcelona player and is going to stay at the club 1000%, he will win many more honours there," the player's agent, Moussa Sissoko, was quoted as saying by El Mundo Deportivo.
"Ousmane does not plan to leave Barca at any time, he feels perfectly in the cub and his determination is to impose himself in the long term.
"Despite the proposals of several major European clubs, Ousmane is convinced that which is already in the biggest of all.
"The unfounded controversies that want to harm his image will not have any impact (on his future) and he will not be influenced by what is said about the market or possible signings."
