While Malcom, Clement Lenglet and Arthur have arrived at the club, Andres Iniesta, Paulinho and Gerard Deulofeu have left the Camp Nou in this window.
However, Eric Abidal, a former Blaugrana player himself and the club's new director of football, has been tasked with getting rid of some unwanted stars.
Right-back Aleix Vidal is understood to be high on the club's axe list and could leave next week. The 28-year-old, who has struggled to adequately fill the void left by Dani Alves, could return to Sevilla, with a transfer fee of €8 million (R126 million) being reported by AS.
Similar to Vidal, on the left flank, Lucas Digne has not lived up to expectations, and it seems he will be sold in this window too. Everton are understood to be interested in the 25-year-old, but the clubs are said to still be some way apart in their valuation of the player.
Yerry Mina, meanwhile, has caught the attention of the likes of Everton and even Manchester United, while Olympique Lyon have offered €30 million (R472 million) for the Colombian, according to RMC Sport.
The 23-year-old is likely to leave because Barcelona need to free up one of their non-European players' slots in order to register new signings Arthur and Malcom, who are both Brazilian.
Other squad members who are said to also have been put on the market by Barcelona are Andre Gomes, Rafinha, Munir El Haddadi, Marlon, Sergi Samper and Paco Alcacer.
