It was goals galore in the Spanish La Liga on Sunday night with 13 strikes scored across four games as Espanyol and Valencia winning.
Espanyol were the big winners on the day after a brace from Cristhian Stuani and a goal from Felipe Caicedo handed them a 2-0 victory over Almeria.
The win sees Espanyol up to ninth place with 26 points while Almeria dropped into the relegation zone with 16 points in 18th place.
Valencia were also impressive on Sunday after a brace from Dani Parejo and goal from Javi Fuego handed them a 3-1 win over Sevilla.
The win sees Valencia hop above Sevilla on the table into fourth place with 41 points while Sevilla are in fifth place with 39 points.
One of the more entertaining games on Sunday saw Deportivo La Coruna and Granada play to a 2-2 draw.
The result leaves Granada pinned to the bottom of the table with 15 points while Deportivo La Coruna are in 15th place with 18 points.
The last game of the day saw Athletic Club draw 1-1 with Malaga – San Jose opened the scoring for Athletic Club before Jabi Guerra levelled matters.
Malaga are in seventh place with 32 points while Athletic Club are in 13th place with 20 points.
