Venue: Estadio de Gran Canaria
Koke netted an impressive brace to inspire Atletico Madrid to a 5-1 win over Las Palmas in La Liga on Saturday evening.
The hosts were without their talisman, Antoine Griezmann who was sent off the 2-2 draw with Girona last weekend.
Atletico broke the deadlock after three minutes as Angel Correa weaved his way into the box before slotting into the bottom corner.
The lead was doubled two minutes later courtesy of a strike from Yannick Carrasco, who fired home a low effrot from close range, 2-0.
Las Palmas had the chance to pull a goal back in the 23rd minute but goalkeeper, Jan Oblak produced a good save to keep out Viera's strike.
Neither side could carve out an opening in the remaining 20 minutes of the second half as Atletico went into the break with a two-goal lead.
After a quiet start to the half, the hosts eventually pulled a goal back in the 58th minute as Calleri rose well to head home Momo's cross.
Las Palmas' joy was short-lived as Koke curled home a fine effort in the 63rd minute to make it 3-1 to the visitors.
Koke then bagged his second and Atletico's fourth goal in the 75th minute with a wonderful acrobatic effort from close range.
The hosts did sit not back and they managed to earn themselves penalty in the 81st minutes, but Oblak went the right way and saved Viera's penalty.
However, Diego Simeone's charges rounded off the scoring in the 88th minute when Ghaniain midfielder Thomas Partey fired home a fine strike from the edge of the box, 1-5.
