Reports emerging from Spain suggest that Real Madrid have secured the signature of a Spanish goalkeeper.
According to Diario AS, Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has already signed a contract with Los Blancos, but it is uncertain when he will join the club.
The Spain international is now in the final six months of his current contract and is allowed to speak with any club from here forth.
There is a bit of confusion surrounding the apparent move, with the same report claiming there are two separate dates on the contract, which could hint that Real are unsure as to whether to activate the player's €20 million release clause this month or wait until the season is done, when he will be a free agent.
Diario AS also stated that no deal will be completed this month if Arrizabalaga, who is currently injured, is not 100% fit.
