Real Madrid's stars have reportedly banned club doctor Jesus Olmo from the dressing room.
Sources close to the Los Blancos camp have revealed that tensions between the players and Olmo have hit such heights that the squad have taken it upon themselves to banish him from their sacred space.
According to Marca, club captain Sergio Ramos conducted a vote among the first team as to whether or not they wanted the doctor to have access to the players' changing room. He then took the unanimous decision to chief executive Jose Angel Sanchez, and it's believed that if their demand is not met, working relations at the Bernabeu could be further harmed.
The players' problems with Olmo began last season when it was claimed their trust was being abused, with information from inside the group making its way back to the club's directors.
Some of the Blaugrana stars even blame the doctor for the dismissal of popular coach Carlo Ancelotti, who was accused of not keeping the players fit in the second half of the previous campaign.
Olmo is also seen by some as responsible for the sacking of experienced physiotherapists Pedro Chueca, Dani Pirri and Juan Muro – the three were valued professionals and some players have continued to see their preferred physios away from the club.
