It is being reported that a Premier League manager has been lined up to succeed Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid.
According to The Sun, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte could be the next man in charge of Spanish giants Los Blancos.
Many rumours have suggested Zidane might be under some pressure this season given Real’s current league position.
Real have not been at their absolute best in La Liga yet this campaign, although before their trip to the FIFA Club World Cup they recorded an impressive 5-0 win over Sevilla.
With a game in hand, Zidane’s side are currently 11 points behind leaders FC Barcelona, who have not lost once in their 16 league games this season.
There has also been reports that Conte is not entirely with life in England at the moment, where he seems to have a strange relationship with Chelsea’s board.
The Italian was believed to want more signings in the August transfer window than he was allowed, which was said to anger him.
Despite Zidane’s achievements at Real, he could find himself under pressure if he fails to win a major trophy this season.
