Parejo Nets Late Winner For Valencia

Valencia 2-1 Deportivo Alaves
Valencia secured their first win of the season after recording a 2-1 victory over Deportivo Alaves in their Spanish La Liga clash on Thursday night.
Victor Laguardia put the ball into his own net to give the home side the lead in the 28th minute, but on the stroke of half-time Gaizka Toquero made it 1-1.
The game looked set for a draw but in the 88th minute Dani Parejo fired home for Valencia to secure all three points for the hosts.
Osasuna 1-2 Espanyol
The visitors got their noses in front three minutes before the half-time break when Leo Baptistao hit the back of the net.
Sergio Leon levelled matters in the 68th minute but Gerard Moreno clinched the victory for Espanyol with a winner in the 72nd minute.
Deportivo La Coruna 1-2 Leganes
The home support were given the ideal start as Celso Borges found the target in the 31st minute, but Luciano (55') equalised before Appelt Pires (61') produced the winner.
The defeat sees La Coruna occupy 13th position in the standings, while Leganes are 10th.
