Reports coming from Spain and England this week suggest that the Brazilian could become a Barca player in January.
The midfielder was expected to join the Blaugrana at the beginning of the season, but after three failed bids, Coutinho remained at Liverpool.
Many fans believe the player will strengthen their current attack, but it is now a matter of where the Brazil international will fit in.
If they do sign the 25-year-old, there might not be much movement among the rest of the usual first team players.
Their strongest XI might consist of Marc-Andre ter Stegen in goal, with Sergi Roberto, Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti and Jordi Alba in front of him.
In midfield, Ivan Rakitic might just have enough to keep Paulinho on the bench, with the other two midfielders being Sergio Busquets and captain Andres Iniesta, who at 33 years old, has found himself being rotated more regularly this campaign.

Some believe that Coutinho will partner Luis Suarez and Argentina superstar Lionel Messi in attack, although he would face strong competition from wonderkid Ousmane Dembele.
