FC Barcelona: Blaugrana Star Not In Our Plans
FC Barcelona have confirmed that one their attackers, who has attracted interest from the Serie A, is no longer part of their plans.
Gerard Deulofeu rejoined the Catalan giants from Everton at the beginning of the season after his buyout clause was activated.
However, following the arrivals of Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho, Deulofeu has been deemed surplus to requirement, according to head of institutional relations at the Camp Nou, Guillermo Armor.
"There are many players in the squad: some fall into our plans, others don't," Amor told beIN SPORTS.
"Deulofeu is currently among these (not in our plans), so he'll have to wait for his chance.
"In order to gain a better understanding of where his future lies, we'll have to wait a few days."
Italian giants Inter Milan are said to be interested in securing the striker's signatue.
