FC Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta has revealed what he would do if Pep Guardiola asked him to join Manchester City.
The Spaniard made his senior debut for the Catalan club in 2003, and became a key member of the team after establishing a formidable partnership in midfield with Xavi Hernandez.
Iniesta enjoyed his best years under Guardiola at Barca, but recently revealed that he would not be tempted to leave the club if his former manager wanted him in England.
"I think Guardiola already knows what I think and what I want," he told Cope.
"My wish is to finish my career at Barcelona. Therefore, I train to give my best here and stay here as much as possible.
"I would pick up the phone because he has been my coach and my friend. So there is no problem on that, but nothing else.
"Guardiola was a reference for me, I learned many things under him but, for me now, the best manager is Luis Enrique because he is my current coach."
