Juventus will need to see off Portuguese league leaders, SL Benfica, if they want to play the UEFA Europa League final in their own stadium.
Benfica will host the first-leg before travelling to Italy, where Juve will be looking to continue their quest to lift the trophy for the first time.
The other semi-final, it will be an all-Spanish affair as Sevilla clash with Valencia. Sevilla will be at home in the first-leg.
Valencia put in a heroic effort to overturn a 3-0 defeat away to Basel by beating the same opponents 5-0 in the second-leg.
Italian champions Juventus beat Lyon 3-1 on aggregate - winning 2-1 in Turin after having secured a 1-0 victory in France in the first- leg.
Benfica won 1-0 home and away against AZ Alkmaar to secure their progress while FC Porto were unable to contain Sevilla in Spain - where the 4-1 victory for the Spaniards saw them triumph 4-2 on aggregate.
The winner of semi-final one (Sevilla or Valencia), will play as the 'home' team in the final, with semi-final 2 winners (Juventus or SL Benfica) being considered the away team at the Juventus Stadium for the showpiece clash.
