Footage has emerged reportedly showing Foden and Greenwood bringing girls back to the team's hotel in Iceland, and the pair could now face disciplinary action.
Both players made their senior England debuts on the weekend, but could saw their accomplishments being overshadowed by their alleged actions.
According to the Daily Mail, players are under strict instructions amid the coronavirus outbreak to not put themselves or anyone else in danger, but these protocols appear to have been ignored by two of England's newest young stars.
"Unfortunately this morning it was brought to my attention that two boys have broken Covid guidelines in terms of our secure bubble," team boss Gareth Southgate said, as quoted by The Guardian.
"We had to decide very quickly that they couldn't have any interaction with the team. They wouldn't be able to travel to training.
"Given the protocols they have to follow, they have to travel back to England separately."
