Chelsea striker Fernando Torres is "flattered" by reports linking the player with a move to La Liga champions Barcelona.
Torres enjoyed his best season at Stamford Bridge last term, scoring 23 goals in all competitions, but it was still short of what the Blues had expected of him since his GBP 50 million move from Liverpool.
The Spaniard has now been linked with a move back to his homeland, but Torres insists that he wants to talk to new coach Jose Mourinho before making a decision on his future.
"It's always nice a club like that is interested," Torres said of Barcelona. "But I want to stay and will talk to Mourinho later.
"Mourinho's words are motivation for me. I want to stay at Chelsea, I have contract, I want to be the best at my position, and I don't think there is a better place to be.
"Mourinho has won far more than many of us. It's a new challenge and I am looking forward to it."
