Starting XI - Barca v Atletico

Barcelona will be looking to maintain their winning momentum tonight as they reigning La Liga champions Atletico Madrid at the Camp Nou.

This will be the second time that Barcelona host Atletico, within a ten days and they will be hoping to repeat that result which ended up with them winning 3-1 on the night.

Mid-Season Report: FC Barcelona

The Catalan’s have on lost one game in their last five matches, while Atletico have been a bit inconsistent, seeing them only win three matches.

Atletico will take a lot of pride out of their last two Copa Del Rey performances, as the saw off Real Madrid 2-0 at the Vincente Calderon and then drew 2-2 with them at the Bernabeu.

Things are dead square between the two sides when we look at the head-to-head comparison, as both teams have only beaten each other once in the last five matches.

Barcelona are unbeaten in 11 out of their last 13 Copa Del Rey matches, while Atletico have on lost three time in their last 21 Copa Del Rey games.

It’s also very good to know that Barcelona have scored four goals in their last four cup games, so we could be in for some fireworks tonight.

Here is how they line-up:

Barcelona: Ter Stegen, Piqué, Rakitic, Sergio, Iniesta, Suárez, Messi, Neymar Jr,  Mascherano, Alba, Alves.

Atletico Madrid: Oblak, Juanfran, Miranda, Godin, Siqueira, Mario Suarez, Gabi, Koke, Arda, Griezmann, Torres.
