Borussia Dortmund attacker Marco Reus was delighted with their 5-0 demolition of Werder Bremen on Saturday, which saw the defending champions climb up to third on the league table.
The 23-year-old Germany international got things underway with a sublime free-kick before Mario Gotze, Felipe Santana, Robert Lewandowski and Jakub Blaszczykowski completed a comprehensive win.
Dortmund have struggled for form in the Bundesliga this season, despite a phenomenal showing in Europe where they finished above Real Madrid, Manchester City and Ajax Amsterdam in the UEFA Champions League group stages.
"The team came to a consensus at half-time that a 2-0 lead was not enough," Reus told reporters after the match.
"Despite the cold, we played a great match and rightly won. We were completely focused for all 90 minutes.
"I am glad I was able to score from a free-kick again, after practising so much in training."
Reus joined Dortmund in the summer after some impressive displays for the national team at Euro 2013.
