With FC Barcelona still interested in bringing Neymar back to the Camp Nou, the Catalan giants have reportedly received a massive boost in their pursuit of the Brazilian superstar.
The 28-year-old went close to returning to Barcelona at the beginning of the season, but the move fell through when it became clear the LaLiga champions could not afford his signature at the time.
Although the potential transfer collapsed, the Catalans continue to be linked with the Paris Saint-Germain forward, with captain Lionel Messi having previously admitted he would like to see Neymar back at the Blaugrana.
While talk of the Selecao international wearing the Barca jersey again has quietened in recent months, Quique Setien's side now appears to have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of the ex-Santos player.
According to the Daily Express, PSG are now willing accept payment in instalments for Neymar, after initially demanding a one-time payment for his services from Barcelona and any other interested parties.
It is claimed the French giants are open to allowing the Brazilian to leave in the next transfer window, and will not look to stop him from returning to his former club in Spain.
Les Parisiens were believed to have asked for a fee of £194 million (R4.3 billion) for Neymar in August last year, but Barcelona were unwilling to meet the Ligue 1 side's demands.
