Real Madrid are reportedly lining up a loan move for Colombian striker Radamel Falcao from Monaco.
The former Atletico Madrid goal-poacher has apparently been unsettled in the principality for a while and would likely jump at the chance to move to the European champions.
Real are said to be prepared to pay a colossal €12.5million (£9.9m) fee to loan Falcao.
If Carlo Ancelotti wants to make the move permanent he would have to splash anywhere from €33m to at least the €60m Monaco paid Atletico Madrid for him 12 months ago.
The fee would probably be too much for Los Blancos because of the FIFA Fair Play regulations and the fact that the Madrid giants have already shelled out nearly £100m this summer on James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos, although Angel Di Maria is likely to move on with PSG hot on his heels.
