Real Madrid and Arsenal are reportedly back in the market for AS Monaco striker, Radamel Falcao.
According to different reports, Real want to use parts of the Di Maria income to loan Falcao initially for £10 million with a purchase option for next year.
Arsenal may also join the race for the striker if initial fears of a long-term injury for Olivier Giroud would become reality.
The Gunners would reportedly also prefer an initial loan-deal but would have to splash out £20 million, £10 million fee and another £10 million to please his wage demands.
Sources in France claim Falcao would be interested in joining Arsene Wenger's side, but the Frenchman brushed off any potential transfer talk ahead of their important Champions league qualifier against Besiktas tonight.
However, Monaco owner, Dmitry Rybolovlev, is understood to prefer to cash in on Falcao rather than send him out on loan.
It is unlikely any of the two sides would pay the demanded £48 million for the Colombia striker.
