Confederations Cup
Teams: Uruguay v Tahiti
Date: 23 June 2013
Venue: Arena Pernambuco
Minnows Tahiti will be hoping to salvage a little pride before jetting home when they meet Uruguay, having already conceded 16 goals in two games.
Uruguay, though, will be on the hunt for an emphatic win just to be sure that they progress in the event that Nigeria pull off a shock upset over Spain.
Tahiti opened their campaign with a 6-1 loss to Nigeria before a record beating at the hands of world champions Spain, who triumphed 10-0.
Uruguay, on the other hand, have struggled to produce their best form but still managed a 2-1 win over Nigeria after being defeated 2-1 by Spain in their opener.
With a possible meeting with Brazil looming in the next round, Uruguay will be hoping that attackers Luis Suarez, Edinson Cavani and Diego Forlan can boost their confidence ahead of the next round.
The two nations have never competed against one another before.
