Bayern Munich coach, Pep Guardiola, was not happy with Manchester United’s defensive approach in their Champions League quarter-final, and is now worried to face another English side in the semi-finals.
Chelsea also made it into the last four and should the two teams draw each other, it will be a repeat of the dramatic 2012 final when the Blues won their first title.
Guardiola and Mourinho know each other for a long time, first they were working together at Barcelona, then they faced each other as rivals when Mourinho was at the helm of Bernabeu.
Guardiola has a strong record of only three defeats in 16 matches against Mourinho, but the Spaniard seems somehow a bit worried of facing the Chelsea manager and his squad.
"Chelsea have a manager with a lot of experience," he said.
"They are an English team with many qualities and experienced players like Petr Cech, Branislav Ivanovic, John Terry and Frank Lampard."
It is an open secret that both managers don’t get along very well.
When Real met Barcelona in the 2011 semi-final both had a little fall-out in the build-up and Guardiola then said: "We worked together for four years. He knows me, I know him and that's all.”
