Former Manchester United star, Paul Scholes, has admitted he regrets to not have played for Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho.
Scholes, who works now as an outspoken TV pundit, played his entire career under Sir Alex Ferguson and never really appeared to be leaving Old Trafford.
However, he suggested Mourinho is the one manager he would have liked playing for during his illustrious career.
"Mourinho is the man I would have wanted to play for. The way he comes across, he is a confident man and someone to look up to. He’s probably a little bit funny to listen to for the players,” he told The Mail.
"He is a great manager and has managed some great clubs."
United were linked with Jose Mourinho but instead opted for David Moyes as replacement for Ferguson.
Moyes has since been sacked and replaced by Louis van Gaal, whom Scholes expects to bring back success to Old Trafford.
