Paul Pogba led Juventus to a comfortable 4-0 victory over Udinese with a brilliant brace at Juventus Stadium on Saturday night.
The teenage midfielder opened the scoring shortly before the break and added a second just past the hour mark. Mirko Vucinic made it 3-0 and Alessandro Matri finished off the rout in the last 10 minutes.
The Bianconeri created a couple of good chances early in the game as Sebastian Giovinco and Vucinic threatened the Udinese goal, but the visitors survived the onslaught.
However, Pogba broke the deadlock in the 41st minute. He pounced on a loose ball 30 yards out and unleashed a speculative volley that nestled in the top corner of the Udinese goal in stunning fashion.
Pogba's double was completed in the 66th minute with another long-range strike. On this occasion the low drive was less spectacular than his first but still found the bottom corner of the visitors' net.
Vucinic scored the third in the 72nd minute as he beat Thomas Heurtaux before squeezing a shot past Daniele Padelli.
The win was capped off by Matri who ran onto Vucinic's through-ball and finished with aplomb in the 80th minute.
