After missing 18 matches for the Ligue 1 champions, including their UEFA Champions League last-16 elimination against Manchester United, Neymar completed an early return to training in April after undergoing treatment in Paris, Barcelona and Brazil.
According to The Sun, the former FC Barcelona attacker, who had his national team captaincy stripped off him by coach Tite, was in camp preparing for the Selecao's upcoming friendlies ahead of their Copa America opener against Bolivia on 15 June when he was hit with yet another injury scare.
It is believed that, after taking a shot at goal, the 27-year-old looked to be in pain as he grabbed his left leg, before being helped off the pitch by medical staff.
The PSG superstar will be hoping for a swift recovery, especially after injury halted his progress with Brazil at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Brazil are set to continue their Copa preparations with international friendlies against Qatar on 6 June and then Honduras three days later.
