It was Neymar’s first PSG appearance following his failed Barca move, and he was booed all game by the club’s fans, who even sent a strong message to his agent and father via a banner in the stands.
After his stunning goal, Neymar opened up his failed transfer to FC Barcelona, saying this is the last time he will speak about the saga.
"Everyone knows I wanted to leave," he said, as quoted by the Express.
"I made it very clear. I won't go into details though, because it affects others.
"But I'm still a PSG player and my intention is to be happy on the pitch. My mind is on PSG.
"I always made it clear that I don't have anything against PSG or the fans. They were personal reasons.
“I had my reasons and I tried my best to make it happen, but unfortunately they didn't let me.
"It's already happened, but this is the first and last time I want to talk about it. I'm only thinking about PSG."
Neymar made his first appearance for PSG in Ligue this season, but he will miss the Uefa Champions League clash against Real Madrid on Wednesday after carrying a suspension from 2019/19 into the new campaign.
