Barcelona forward Neymar admits that he was delighted to score in his first Clasico, with the Brazilian opening the scoring in their 2-1 win over Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old was a constant threat in the first-half, displaying some superb skills before eventually being slipped in by Andres Iniesta and seeing his shot deflected in for the opener.
Neymar, who was heavily linked with both Spanish clubs before opting to join Barca, says that it was an emotional experience.
"It was very emotional to score in a the game in which all players want to play," Neymar said.
"I'm very happy about such a special goal but above all for the three points we got.
"I had seen many Clasicos, so it was great to play one. But it was so hard against a great team. Cristiano (Ronaldo) is a great player, but we have also many good players.
"I'm so happy about the victory, the team and the goal."
The Brazil international was also stunned by Alexis Sanchez's spectacular second goal for the Catalans, adding, "I'm lost for words. It's a golazo."
