Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, has confirmed Eden Hazard will be staying at Stamford Bridge next season.
Mourinho had criticized Chelsea’s Player of the Season after the Blues' Champions League exit, claiming he is not ready to ‘sacrifice himself 100 percent for the team.’
Subsequently, the 23-year-old has been linked with a big-money move to Paris Saint-Germain, but Mourinho was adamant to brush off any exit rumors.
“Just because I say that Eden does not have everything, it doesn’t mean I don’t want him,” the Portuguese told L’Equipe.
“He has fantastic potential and will express it at Chelsea. For him, as for others, the door is closed.
“People who know me know that, when I say that, I mean it.”
Hazard himself, has also confirmed this week that he will be staying at Chelsea.
“I won’t go to PSG, I am staying at Chelsea 100 per cent,” he told SkySports on Tuesday.
The Chelsea star is currently preparing with Belgium for the World Cup.
