Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta admits that it would be "special" for him to finish his career at Camp Nou.
The Spain international has been one of the club's most influential players in their trophy-laden run over the last few seasons.
His current deal runs until 2015 and although a new contract has not yet been discussed, Iniesta admits that he has no desire to join another team.
"Finishing here would be very special," Iniesta told Catalunya Radio. “I would love it, it’s my dream.
"At the moment we are not talking (about a contract renewal), but I do not understand why it would be very difficult.
"When the club wants you and you want to be there, there is no need to do much talking.
"My performances will mark how far I get."
Iniesta has consistently remained as one of the top players in the world over the last few years and is again in the final three for the FIFA Ballon d'Or, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
