Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta admits that Brazil starlet Neymar is "pure talent" and hopes to help him settle quickly at Camp Nou.
The former Santos star has given the world a glimpse of his quality at the on-going Confederations Cup in Brazil and will link up with his new teammates after the event.
Iniesta, who is in Brazil with the Spanish national team, believes that Messi and Neymar will work well together and is relishing the chance to play with the Brazilian.
"Neymar is a pure talent and has brutal quality," he told Sport.
"He's a great signing. He's very young. We'll try to make him feel as good as possible as quickly as possible. I can't see anything complicated with Neymar and Messi."
Looking back at Barcelona's last season, he added, "If you win the title, it cannot be a bad or average season, and considering that there were many complications, the emotional element is even more valuable.
"It's true that we lost the Champions League in the semis but that let us know that we need to improve.
"The team have won confidence and credit. We had a great team like Madrid chasing us but we didn't give them a chance. We got 100 points and that would be impossible if we had lost our ambition.
"My only objective is to grow as a player. And I believe I have. I'm feeling very good and I can do more things than before."
