Two famous Hollywood actors have completed a $2.5 million (R38 million) takeover of a club that plays in the fifth division of English football, and plan to make it a "global force".
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have seen their takeover bid for Wrexham accepted by the Welsh club, which plays its football in England's fifth tier.
NBC San Diego reports the two actors are set to promote the club and their journey by documenting matters in a TV series, something other clubs have done successfully in recent years.
