Dortmund Come From Behind To Beat Wolfsburg

Wolfsburg's Ivica Olic had Borussia Dortmund in his grip, but could only master one goal that was cancelled out by Robert Lewandowski, before Marco Reus handed Dortmund a 2-1 win at the Signal Iduna Park on Saturday evening.

After Schalke's draw earlier, Dortmund are now four points clear on second place, where the Champions League berth is effectively the new crown at the Bundesliga.

In the third minute, Marco Reus was caught offside after a through ball from Nuri Sahin.

Ivica Olic hit a left footed shot in the tenth minute from a very close range that was close but missed inches to the right.

In the 16th minute Junior Malanda hit a right footed shot from the right side of the box that missed to the right, following a set piece ploy.

Malanda was at it again in the 20th minute. He hit a right footed shot from outside the box that went a bit high, after an assist from Ricardo Rodriguez.

Kevin De Bruyne hit a right footed shot in the 24th minute from the centre of the box that missed narrowly to the right.

Olic put Wolfsburg ahead in the 34th minute. He hit a right footed shot from a very close range that found the bottom left corner of the net. 1-0.

Olic came again in the 40th minute. He hit a left footed shot, again from close range, but the ball hit the bar.

In the 48th minute Reus hit a right footed from outside the box that was saved by Max Grun in the top left corner.

Robert Lewandowski levelled the score in the 51st minute. Following a corner, he received a pass from Reus, and then hit a shot from close range that found the bottom right corner.

In the 59th minute Ivan Perisic hit a left footed shot from the left side of the box that missed to right, after an assist from De Bruyne.

Perisic turned provider for Olic. In the 64th minute, following a pass from Perisic, Olic hit a right footed shot from the left side of the six yard box that was close to the target, but missed to the left.

In the 70th minute, following a fast break, Lewandowski hit a through ball to Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Mkhitaryan was close to putting Dortumd in the lead. He hit a right footed shot from the left side of the box, that missed narrowly to the right.

In the 77th minute Reus put Dortmund 2-1 in front. He hit a left footed shot from the centre of the box that found the top centre of the goal.

In the 83rd minute De Bruyne hit a right footed shot from outside the box that went a bit high from a direct freekick.
