Group A:
France 1-1 United States: France remain in the hunt for a place in the next round after they played out a 1-1 draw with the USA. The Americans will feel like they dropped two points after seeing Luis Gil miss from the spot after Yaya Sanogo had opened the scoring with a penalty for France. The USA would secure a share of the spoils late on though as Daniel Granados pulled things level. The result means that France remain second in Group A with four points, while USA are on one. France meet Spain in their final group game while the USA take on Ghana.
Group B:
Portugal 2-2 South Korea: Portugal and South Korea remained locked level on points after playing out a pulsating draw on Monday. Aladje nodded Portugal into the lead in the second minute but a thumping goal from Ryu Seung Woo brought the game level before the break. Bruma restored the advantage for Portugal but Kim Hyun equalised with 15 minutes to go. Portugal remain at the top of the group with four point, ahead of South Korea on goal difference. Nigeria remain hot on their heels following their win over Cuba earlier in the evening.
