It has been a disastrous past week for Chelsea that has seen them lose 1-0 to Crystal Palace in the English Premier League last weekend and then 3-1 to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League in midweek, but that has not discourage Andre Schurrle.
The German international admits it has been a tough week, but not all is lost and he still believes his side can lift the league title and overturn their quarterfinal first leg defeat to PSG, especially at home.
“It is the worst time of the season to get these defeats,” said Schurrle.
“I don't know what to say, it's very bad. Everyone is very disappointed.
“We need to get over it and then we'll get focused.
“We know we are very good at Stamford Bridge with the fans at our back, so we have to think we can win.
“In the league against Stoke we have to win, we play at home, and then we will see what we can do against Paris.
“It's very, very difficult, we know that. But I think 'Impossible is Nothing'.”
Chelsea currently occupy second spot on the league standings with 69 points, only two points behind Liverpool, but could find themselves atop the table at the end of the weekend if results go their way.
The Blues will be aiming to pick up all three points in the league on Saturday at home against Stoke before turning their attention back to the Champions League in midweek.
